i am 22years old, 5′3 and 145 lbs. i am trying to get my weight down to about 120 – 125. i have been going to the gym and taking step classes (the aerobics that use the step platform) and trying to chagne my eating habbits, but i am having a few problems:
1. when i get home from the gym i feel so hungry, i end up eating twice as much food as i normally would. does anyone know of anything to help with this problem? like food that is healthy and will fill me up with out eating a whole bunch? also what is a good amount of time to wait before eating a meal after working out?
2. after i eat, i feel so tired, i fall asleep on the couch for 2 hrs and i can still go to bed at my usual bed time (10 pm) sometimes earlier because i am still tired.
i always drink plenty of water, and try not to consume too many sweets (im a girl, i like chocolate..) but does anyone know how to help?
or a good fitness PLAN to get on (or at least a good place to find one)
