i would like to loose weight before starting a second round of in-vitro fertilization. i have poly cystic ovarian syndrom (PCOS) so it’s hard to loose weight. i belong to 24hr fitness and for the last 2 wks i have been doing 2 water aerobics classes a week, i also ride the stationary bike & use the eliptical machine for 15 min each-at least 2-3 times a week. i am also using weight machines for my arms & legs. i have changed my eating habits (due to the stress over my recent miscarriage in july) and am only eating dinner w/ maybe a few crackers or a piece of fruit during the day. i drink plenty of water and juice. ideally loosing weight before my next round of ivf will make me healthier and will help with the PCOS since it causes me to have a higher miscarriage rate.
please help with any work out/eating adivse. how many calories a day should i be eating? i’m 27, 5′1” and (ughh) 160 lbs. but i am super cute!! my weight doesnt really bother me, but loosing will only make me healthier!!

Use shampoo on your hair only once daily at most if you hope to prevent further hair loss. Even the mildest shampoo out there can cause hair loss if you’re using too much of it, and that’s because the motion of rubbing it into your hair and the constant tugging and pull is just too harsh on your scalp.
Dandruff can be a contributing factor to hair loss. It does usually affect younger people ages 24-40 and those who work in constantly air conditioned environments. Dandruff can be easily cured with a pharmaceutical shampoo, but if the shampoo did not work, seek help from a trusted physician to prevent hair damage.
If you are experiencing hair loss, one of the things which could be causing this loss is a deficiency of folic acid in your diet. Folic acid is a vital nutrient for hair health and growth. To add more folic acid to your daily diet, eat more carrots, green vegetables and soy beans.
Avoid eating too much salt and sugar. You should entirely eliminate both of these from your diet. Eating too much salt or sugar can contribute to hair loss and make it harder to grow your hair back. Even though most vegetables have their own sodium, you should try to avoid them.
If you suffer from hair loss or thinning hair, there are products called hair fiber powders that you can try. These colored, powdery fiber sprinkles adhere to your hair to give it a fuller, thicker appearance. These fiber powders are available over the counter and are fairly inexpensive.
Knowing the cause might be able to help shed some light on a possible treatment option, but only the best options out there for growing hair are worth entertaining. You have just read a few of them in this article above. Now it’s up to you to implement what you’ve learned here to get your hair back.
